Vacuum drying technology
FRUIT DRYING
We provide services consisting in drying fruits and vegetables. We offer our own, proven raw material, both conventional and from certified organic farming. We also offer the possibility of drying the raw material supplied by the customer. Drying takes place in the MIVAC-3 multi-drum vacuum dryer.
MACHINE CONSTRUCTION
We also offer construction and sale of MIVAC-3 machines for vacuum drying. Our multi-drum dryers allow us to obtain dried fruits with unique properties, which are not available by conventional methods. The resulting product retains biologically active ingredients and has a porous (crunchy) structure with strong hygroscopic properties.
